Our Vision
Nottage is our school. Here we can be creative and curious through exciting and positive opportunities to learn. We learn purposefully about what matters as we grow up in an advancing global and technological world.
We are learning to be resilient, respectful, resourceful, reflective, and responsible in and out of school. We are kept safe and we know how to have good, healthy relationships with others.
We understand that although we like to be happy, sometimes we won’t be but, we know how to tell people and who to turn to if we need help.
Our mental and physical health is just as important as our achievement in the important skills we need to find our individual place in a successful future.

We are very fortunate to have a staff of experts in various fields that assists us in enriching our curriculum. This includes: using the locality, onsite enrichment through external companies and partners, off site visits and residential trips

To inspire the next generation of Engineers and Scientists, we utilise projects such as the Green Goblin Car competition and links with industrial partners such as Renishaw to enrich our Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics curriculum

As a school we have a philosophy of continual professional development of our staff. We are privileged to be a Lead Training School for Cardiff Metropolitan University for their PGCE and BA Ed teaching students
